The worst mistake i've made to choose to order phone from Flipkart, already 4 days past the specified delivery date, no update yet, everytime keep on postponing the dates and now it says Out of delivery area, is flipkart an ### because for the same phone i ordered the back cover on same address, this is received(that was also 5 days late), if you are not capable of delivering the product let the CUSTOMER know, i'll surely cancel the order, but believe me it's never turning back to flipkart, CUSTOMER care executives have by hearted few statements so well that every executive repeats the same idiotic response(which is not worth listening at all). don't have transparency with CUSTOMERs. the worst part is they are still saying they have taken the complaint and will resolve till 17. does Flipkart understands the CUSTOMER's urgency, I'm literally no where without my phone and this cheap service company doesn't care at all.
