I ordered 50 inch Infocus TV from flipkart. When I got the package, the remote & stand was missing from the box. When I contact infocus support, they told me to call flipkart...When I called Flipkart, they told me...We'll put money in your flipkart wallet & you can buy any other china remote which will work with your TV. I told them When I have Paid the full price for TV, then why should I use a china remote? This is very bad response. Flipkart and Infocus are both fraud company. They cheat customers. I will never ever purchase any product from FLipkart. Flipkart is a fraud company.
