[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Defective mobile phone | |||||
I purchased a mobile from flipkart and got my delivery on 27th june. The product i got started having problem within 3 days. I raised my issue on flipkart help centre and they called me next day but things didn't work out. Now they are not even calling me and there is no response from their side Since that day. I wanted refund cause all i was getting was replacement and no refund. Even the product i purchased before came out to be defective and even after a replacement the product i got had the same problem which i had in previous product. I doubt purchasing any product from this site now. They are not even responding now Was this information helpful? | |||||
