[Resolved] Flipkart.com — defective phone delivered, no replacement | |||
Flipkart took too long to deliver my new phone and now the phone is defective. They are not replacing the phone even though I have raised a request for replacement withing 10 days of delivery, as specified by Flipkart at the time of sale. The customer care executives are not educated at all and they mostly talk non-sense. Flipkart is useless. They are promising they will send technicians again and again but not replacing the phone even though I have raised a request for replacement within 10 days of delivery of the phone.
