Flipkart/marq — warranty issue

I purchased product from Flipkart Marq by Flipkart fs23s Bluetooth sound bar its stopped working in 15 days i contacted to marq but they couldn't help me so i contacted Flipkart so they first told me to wait till 19th aug after 19th aug they say wait till 21st aug after 21st aug they told me wait till 22nd aug after 22nd aug they told me wait till 29aug after that they told me wait till 30aug and today 31st aug they didn't solve my issue and my product is in warranty period please help me
