Flipspeakers.com — not refunded the amount after cancellation of order

I had bought one flip speaker online and made payment through credit card on[protected]. The merchant order id was[protected] and pay u money payment id was[protected].
After 3 hours of ordering, । cancelled my order as i felt that product to be delivered was not same as it was advertised.
But still i am yet to receive my refund. This is clear cut case of cheating.
