Floraex — floraex fake flower delivery site

I book cake and flower online through this site.
They promise me for midnight delivery and charge 250extra for the same.
I didn't got the delivery and the number is now switch off. I did search on Google and find so many complain on this site.
Dont know how the site is still exist after many complain
We should take action against it. Do that they can't fool other also
