I had submitted a request for same day delivery for flowers and chocolates. The flowers were not delivered at all, and the amount was charged. There is no response from the company, they are not even answering calls. There is no way i can refund my money nor cancel the order. Was this information helpful? | 
Flora India representative Mr. Sandeep Kumar wrote me an email on 20/11/20 asking for my bank details to refund Rs4050/- on account of the cancellation of the order # KJ1143250.
But there is no response from them so far.
