FlowerAura — wrong cake sent on birthday
I ordered a cake online on 27th feb 2018, order no[protected]Sinful truffle chocolate cake) after going through their website and selecting it based on the image display.
However i got a completely different looking wrong cake than night at 11pm. I spoke to the customer care and they asked me to write a mail with attached pictures of the same.
So i mailed them with the images.
And they replied back saying ' the exact image of the listed products are not possible'
I mailed them back again asking how can they say something like that as we order a product and make an online payment based solely on the image display.
But they replied again saying ' images provided on the website are sample images, exact image commitment is not there..'
