Flyder Infotech — electric insect & pest repellent | |||||
I had purchased the electric insect & pest repellant which was supposed to be used to eliminate pests from the house (Mosquitoes, rodents, spiders, lizards, ants, cockroaches and any other insects) with 15 days return guarantee. I had paid 1500/- for the same. After continous usage for one week, i did not find any satisfactory results at all. There are mosquitoes, lizards, cockroaches, ants still roaming freely in the house. Because of the noise from the repellant equipment, bats are roaming around the house hazardously. One bat entered the house the very first day. Since the product is not at all worthy, i called the flyder infotech mobile no.[protected] and was surprised the way they responded after the sale. They informed me that their person would come and return the amount and pick the equipment but none of them are coming to avoid the 15 day return policy. Everytime, they are saying that they will get back to me but never did so. I have to call them every alternate day on the status of my refund. May 10, 2018 Updated by Asuri Venkat Dear Team, In continuation to my complaint on the fraudulent firm Flyder Infotech, would like to inform that they have blocked my number so that I cannot reach them at [protected]. I tried calling them from other numbers and they were picking up the call assuming more gullible customers who would fall in their trap of selling "Electric Insect & Pest Repellant" (EIPR01) at INR 1, 499/-. I request the authorities to take stringent action on the fraud businessmen and penalize them for not adhereing to the fair trade practices. They were supposed to either replace or refund the amount by 31st of March 2018 and since then they have been avoiding my calls and now blocked my number so that I cannot contact them from my registered mobile number. These people need to be taught a lesson for cheating the public with their false propoganda for their defective products. I have attached the invoice for your reference which may enable your team to trace and catch these culprits and book them under section relevant to cheating the public. I had ordered pest repllent i hav erecived a product but it is not effectable i had already complain to your Costomer care no.[protected] they have told me we will contact you after three days we have send your complain to our department but after three days there is no any confirmation from you please tel me what happen, and I want to send your product back and give me my refund,

Also they charged Rs, 499/- but this product available in online store 150 to 250 only.
They are cheating to the customers.

We purchased Electric Insect & Pest Reject Product from ineternet on[protected], Invoice# Retail05442, Order#101343 from Flyder Infotech.
This product is utter useless amd doesnot function as its expected and the money is total waste. The company offered 1+1 @Rs.1500/= The company has NO address, phone # or retuen policy. Such companies must be banned.
This complaint is to make others aware of such misleasing ads and non functional products.
