Fobiafashion.com — Please refund my money. | |||||
My order id is 2589. I bought a dress from fobiafashion on 20th of July and got an email confirmation of my order from " fashionfobiaa.[protected]@gmail.com" as well as a payment confirmation from "razorpay". On 23rd July I got another email confirmation from the same email ID for the shipment of my order which was mentioned as "your order id #2589 is on the way " but there were no tracking details given in that email so I tried contacting them from their website and through their email ID but I didn't receive any answer for my emails. Then i gave message through their facebook id "FashionF" and a lady who is doing this business (Ananyaa sharath) and wanted to know about my order but still I didn't receive any answer for my questions. I request you to cancel my order and refund my money but I am struggling so hard for so long. I don't understand how do they do business online when they are cheating the customers like this.
