Fobiafashion.com — Product not received

My order id is 1780

I bought a dress from fobiafashion on 17th of July and got an email confirmation of my order from " fashionfobiaa.[protected]@gmail.com" as well as a payment confirmation from "razorpay".

On 22nd July I got another email confirmation from the same email ID for the shipment of my order which was mentioned as "your order id #1780 is on the way " but there were no tracking details given in that email so I tried contacting them from their website and through their email ID but I didn't receive any answer for my emails.

I request fobiafashion to Either deliver the product in 7 days or cancel my order and refund my money but I am struggling so hard for so long. I don't understand how do they do business online when they are cheating the customers like this and if no response in 7 days will make the police complaint against fobiafashion towards cheating
