Food Panda — cancellation of order | |||||
Firstly, please ensure that the restaurants listed on your portal are policy bounded. I ordered food from foodpanda on 23rd sept and done the payment through phone pay app. The payment was done and after 15 minutes, i got the message that my order is cancelled, however the payment is not refunded. This is really annoying!! Such restaurants should be penalized and the customer should be given some sigh of releif. Order code: n4cx-fh1z Looking forward to a positive response on this.
