Food Panda — food panda put me in a humiliating position

I had ordered food from a restaurant thru food panda app on 11 august where i had guests come in. The time for delivery was 1 hour. First of all the food panda rider didn't reach the restaurant and denied taking the order and cancelled it and this wasn't intimated to me by food panda and on asking for a call back from food panda the executive lied to me saying that the order was cancelled because the restaurant is closed when it was their mistake. Also on callback by food panda i was informed much after the stipulated time that the order has been cancelled and they also denied refunding the amount to my account immediately and the executive abruptly cut the call. I urge and strongly advise all not to use this 3rd grade app and be cheated and humiliated.

I orderde food at food panda, it was cancelled by food panda team, money is debited on 30 July 2018. food panda team said that it will refunded to respective wallet or account with in 7 or 10 working days.but it is not refunded.

Hi team. Till now I didn't get order but amount is deducted, please let me know when are you planning to deliver, even there is no customer care for Foodpanda, it's very worst . I need money or order immediately otherwise I will make FIR.
I have placed order in the afternoon and till now I didn't received
