Food Panda — ill treatment by an abusive delivery boy from foodpanda named gaurav ([protected])

The delivery boy issued to us from foodpanda named gaurav ([protected]) was lacking manners, he was very rude and insolent. He refuses to deliver the order at our apartment and said that "he is not coming to our home for delivery instead we have to go to him to receive. He was abusive. This was the first time we ordered from food panda and we it was our worst experience ever. Please take a look on this matter as soon as possible.

Foodpanda has chat support only for name sake... no one will respond properly...

My money is not refunded they are not even bothered.

I had placed a order from cafe 31 but it's more than 1week I'm not getting my refund. It's worst. Service you are giving. I don't want to place any another order from food panda. That was my first and last time. Why you are not doing your work properly. Refund my money ASAP.

This app is most [censored]ed up in the whole world i ordered food and those [censored]ers pissing me off by just saying delivery boy could not find the restaurant are madarchod bhare baazar ke bich tu khada hai aur samne restaurant hai tab bhi ye bakchodi bc chutiya samajha hai bilkul

Not have a proper customer care number, not delivered food but marked as delivered 500 RS loss.

Please stop using food panda.
