Food Panda — my foodpanda account is blocked

My foodpanda account is blocked on both numbers. I don't know why they blocked my account. I can not use promo codes and cannot get exciting offers. And also after blocking my account the sent me offers sms to get discounts on food. Now more than 2months gone they didn't unblock my both accounts.
My mob no - [protected] & [protected] these both accounts are blocked.
