Food Panda — my order was not delivered even after 3 hours and no proper response from support team

My order id is d7pq-waet.

I have ordered at 8:20pm and order was not delivered.

I have contacted support team and they said it will be delivered by 10:37 and even after that order was not delivered.

And even now (12:30 am) the order is showing as preparing.

I've contacted more than 10 people from the support team. They listens the problem and quits from it.
