Food Panda — not refund of cancelled order

On 22 september i was placed order of food on food panda & paid 277.20/- through paytm.
Order cancelled after wait some time due to delay, i got confirmation of cancel.
Till now i didn’t get refund.
For refund i communicate with help desk of foodpanda they only say wait for 7 working days but not give satisfied response or solve the issue.
