Food Panda — refund not initiated after 2.5 months | |
I have placed order for food through food panda.But my orders are cancelled due to some technical reasons.3 times i lost 155rs.I mailed food panda customer care many times wirh the screenshot..i was always gettting reply like it will take 10 days to initiate refund..but till this time i didn't. This is a very unacceptable incident from a popular food delivering app like food panda..Really feel bad..I need my money back..please do the needful.

Refund amount not recieved and order was accepted and cancelled and if you can call me it will be convinient i got a message that refund has been initiatted but i ddint recieve the amount my referal id is u8kz - tnx8
