Food Panda — refund of online payment | |||
I had ordered food from food panda online before 10 days and made online payment. But the app had some issue n my order was cancelled after payment which i made using debit card. Iits got the message from food panda that your amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. Almost more than 10 days are passed n still i didn't got the refund. What c grade service is provided for customers by food panda. I tried to call customer executive and also drop the mail but there was no reply from food panda. So please take my complaint. Hi I have order food of rs 98 and rs 38 and from 3 hours my order is not been confirmed by the restaurant and not been reached to me.
No support is chatting and no one is listening.
I want my refund of money or order to reach me as soon as possible.
Please do the needful.
