Food Panda — road rage and careless delivery guy without license plate

I was driving back home on my normal road known as “nawamin rd” at 17.45pm today (Nov. 13, 19) in bangkok, thailand. I was driving with my speed approximately 80-90, the delivery guy on motorbike just speed up without noticing that he has no way to pass between my car and the traffic island. If i won’t let my foot out of my gas paddle, we would end up crashing! The guy ended up cutting in front of my big truck. Another bad thing how would food panda allow this person driving without license plate on? What’s your standard of customer service? I, then called the food panda in thailand, but nobody could help or willing to help, and ask me to send a chat. How could that be for becoming big company without caring having any back support?
