[Resolved] Haldiram's Usa — Non delivery / non - refund | |
I placed an order with Haldirams USA to deliver Diwali Gifts (a pack of sweets that cost $5 in store costs $34 online plus shipping!) to my friend's family in Boston. (Inv. No. [protected]) on Nov. 3rd. After an enquiry email,, I was told that it was delivered and they gave a USPS (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action) tracking no. 9405510200881549652181. This clearly indicates what happened - it was delivered to someone in Arizona instead of Boston; this means 2 things - either the no. above is some random junk or they didn't look up the correct order. Either way it's useless. After another enquiry, they replied saying the amount was refunded as the order was incorrect - but no refund! The contact ph. no. on their email never gets answered and one can't leave a voice mail since the mail box is full all the time. I'm at a point where I've no idea how to go about this now. How is one supposed to handle this. But unlike I did, I hope ppl. read this ahead of time and realize what they are dealing with and make the right decision. Was this information helpful? | |
