The complaint was supposed to be resolved by Mar 12, 2013. But It is still pending, despite regular follow up. Everytime, I am assured that the product will be shipped shortly.
even today I made a call at their customer care # [protected] at 10:42AM. The customer care executive Mr Ali assured to call back after one hour, but unfortunately I still await the cal even at 1:30 PM.
It is interesting to note that M/s Satvik Shop is being run by the age old media group,"TIMES OF INDIA"
