Foodpanda — fake promise to refund the money

I ordered food from ffoodpanda. they delivered my food late nad was not edible.
i then complained about it, so they said i will receive refund confirmation email in 24 hours. It has been 72 hours, i have not received the email and neither have i received the money.

i request the forum to take strict action against this fraud company and help me shut it down. such fraudsters are not needed in india..

Updated by Anushruti Sharma No action has still been taken by them. It has been 1 week since they promised the refund. And they have not sent the refund confirmation till now which was supposed to be sent in 24 hours
