[Resolved] Foodpanda — Order not received and cheated | |||
I am highly disappointed with the services given by your team. Ordered for the first time and services and response is very poor and unprofessional. Firstly order is 1hour late and moreover your agent is suggesting me to eat un-hygenic food so that i will fall ill, on top of this he will process refund within 10days why?? Your agent called resturant for about 20time and still order not received, and at last he is asking me to refund the amount. Also, regarding your refund, it is the default banking procedure due to which it takes 7-10 working days to refund your money.
