My Crusier have issue of gear jaam and service centre not providing permanent solution and every time he charges for the same, my cruiser is less then 1 year old.
Service centre people only making money out of this, no permamnent solution, i am having business loss due tho the same.

I am Manager Princy Travels Ernakulam, one of the leading Travel operator of Kerala. We have entered in the fleet of Tempo Traveller last year only, with a five year proposal. Last year we have purchased six numbers of Tempo Traveller. Most of them are having technical problems with recurring defect. Our effort to get the vehicles through your service station could not find any positive result. They are saying us to contact respective sub-contractors for repair of self starter, Fuel injection pump, Alternator, Air conditioners...and so on. Since we have purchased the vehicle with full accessories, it is your responsibility to get the portion repaired. Why we should go to the sub contractor ?
Secondly it takes 3 to 4 days to do a small job like repair of starter motor. In such condition we have to rent out vehicle from outside which causes extra financial burden.
Our this years proposal to purchase second lot of Tempo Traveller is kept pending due to your poor service provision.
