Sir, The school has purchased four travellers 26 through sager view auto mobile bilaspur in the month of march 2018 and is planning to purchase five more. The buses are playing in the local area in vicinity of the school. From the date of purchase to date. The buses have covered the distance less than 10000 km. In spite of all precautions to the pressure plate and clutch plate of two buses have been damaged twice. First time, when it was damaged we replaced the damaged part with cost but after the expiry of almost one month. The same parts have again been damaged. It clearly proven that - there is a manufacturing defect. Sir, it is humbly submitted to reimburse. The earlier paid amount against the replacement of pressure plate and clutch plate and take further steps to remove the defects. The management is running two sr. Sec. School and was planning to purchase five more buses, but the existing problems have compelled. The management to give a second thought to the proposal.
