Ford India — bad, unreliable, careless service

We had booked ford ecosport twice. Once in 2015 at talera ford, pune
By giving amount of rs.50, 000.
They did not give us the car for 6months despite of regular asking. When we demanded refund of our booking amount, they were not at all ready to give us that either.
The employees were very rude and unresponsive to calls and to provide any information about the delivery of the car or the refund.
Still, we booked another ecosport at bhavba ford, panel again because we wanted that car. There also we paid, booking amount of rs.30, 000 and we got the same treatment. We did not get the car for 4 months and again when we asked for refund, they were not ready to give!!
Does ford india does not want to sell its cars??
At both the showrooms, we were asked to change the car color 100 times saying this color has been stopped or its not available now. We were very fed up with the company and its dealers and the cars.

Despite this unruly, bad treatment by ford, we again came back to ford, thinking the situation might have changed and booked the ford aspire car recently before 2months in diwali by giving at payment of rs.25, 000 at shivalik ford, pune.
And again we are experincing the same situation, which we experienced twice in the past with the ford company. We are not getiing the color of our choice, which was infact suggested by the showroom emplooyees and manager themselves. We already have changed the color twice and yet not getting the delivery of our car. They are also not showing us the actual car with color and yet we are made to take a decision of changing the colors. No discount or any small offer is given ever, even during diwali ir christmas!!! How ridiculous!!!

What is wrong with ford??? Is this how you treat the customers who are trying to buy your cars??? If you dont want to sell just shutdown the indian factories here. Alraedy maruti suzuki and tata are giving major competitions and better customer service and fast delivery.

This definately calls for a compensation to us, since we have been treated wrongly not just once, but thrice by the company and its dealers.
We have had a great loss of money, time, efforts and mental stress rising from the loss and unruly, unkind behaviour from the company every single time after booking a car with ford.
This matter needs to be looked into urgently.
