Ford India — claim process delayed | |||||
I am an owner of Ford figo sport unfortunately my car met with an accident on 1st april 2018 and I handed over my car to my nearest dealer kairali Ford kottayam. Untill now ie 16/07/2018 no action been done from the side of showroom. I have a bumber to bumber insurance and I have paid advance amount of rs 150000/- also . The service head Mr.sumesh has not taken any step to start my car work for the past 3months . This is how you deal with a ford customer. Then how could I recommend this company to anybody else .
