Ford India — Engine failure after servicing in ford authorized dealership service center

Dear sir My name is A N Raaja i am here to complaint bad service from lakshmi ford service centrei am very passionate with ford cars from my childhood So decide and purchased a used Ford fiesta 2010 model TN23 BU 0006 from my friend of friend
When i purchased the car there is no any major issues no any unwanted smoke, no abnormal noise, So the vehicle haven’t seen any major problem, After i purchased the car i decide to service with company service then i found Lakshmi ford at Trichy I was promised by {Bhuvaneshkumar} the service centre that the car has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition.08/01/2021 after i received my car reached home and I stopped 24/01/2021 evening i started to go out for to take the car start engine oil tank bursted I found out that some broken parts under the vehicle I am panic at this point whether the service centre has tested my car? and went through the necessary checks? and general services ? they were charging me above Rs.7500 something This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.I am very disappointed with the service centre. There is a rood response I don't understand and I am also helpless. I need repair assistance for what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service I would have expected from a reputed company like yours. I enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference I am looking forward to your kind reply.RegardsA N RAAJA
