Ford India — faulty clutch plate ecosport | |||
I own ecosport diesel reg no ka01mk8883. At around 17000 kms i had to change the clutch plates from service provider lathangi ford. Now i have driven 33000 km again facing same problem. The service provider just blame the driving and never accept the drawbacks. The vehicle posses. I have driven ford fiesta diesel for 40000kms without any problems with clutchplate. I request ford people should respect the customers. And accept the problem, and set it right at the earliest without any charges. Was this information helpful? | |||

its already 12 days since my complaint was launched to ford india .there is no response form the people concern.hope I get the response at the earliest. so many people are complaining about faulty clutch plate.these people are taking the customers for granted. hope they set right things so that we can belive in ford products.
