Ford India — faulty cng fitted ford figo car sold to me cleverly without checking its condition, even when ford doesn't recommend cng in their cars. | |||
I bought ford figo from harpreet ford moti nagar delhi 5 months back. It was told to me that the car is in perfect condition. I am facing issue from week one till now. I have spent more than 50 thousand and now the car has serious issue. Its at the workshop and the service manager has given me a bill more than 30 thousand. They are not able to find and resolve the isaue. I have visited 5 times to the workshop and the issue still persists. They just make huge bills by replacing the part which are not even required. I want the company either to resolve the issue at its own cost since i have already spent loads of money on it or process a refund. I have dropped many emails to the company regarding my issue but not getting any help Kindly help! Was this information helpful? | |||
