Sir. I neel agarawal, a customer of ford ecosport tiatanium regret to inform you that i was given wrong information about the launching of your new ecosport titanium model 2017 by an employee mr. Akshaya of your dealer, narain ford, lucknow, as i was willing to buy the new model of ecosport titanium he told me the new car will be launching next year, and i was compelled to buy the old model in september 2017, where as the new model has launched just about a month after i purchased the car. I'm extremely sorry to inform you that though i have spent a huge amount to purchase your car i'm full of disappointment and sad and feeling cheated as to being wrongly informed by your employee. And spent my hard earned money to get the old model, i am an old customer of ford cars earlier my family had got a ford figo itself now we had bought this one, i have full faith in your compay's policies to do the justice with your customers for their full satisfaction and keep its cutomer's relationship bond intact. I'll highly appreciate if you can help me to get my old model returned back to the company and provide me with the new model that i desired to buy. I have parked my car near beach some one broken the power window glass.am waiting for this glass more than 2 weeks . its really too worst. i am not happy with ford team.
