Hello, i had given my ford freestyle car to orchid ford, Meerut for 3rd service on 24th February, 2022.
I was told that it will take around 1-2 hours for the complete service.
So, i waited there and re-scheduled my patients accordingly.
After sometime,
Mr. Sujel (Service incharge) told that he will confirm me the exact timings after 15-20 minutes ( if some or the other thing gets delayed).
After an hour, I called Mr. Sujel for updating the time as i was waiting nearby and i had to get back to work, then he told that he forgot to call and it will take more than 4 hours for car service and asked me to collect car next day.
This was something very very causal behaviour as it was clearly mentioned and explained to him about my schedule and so my waiting there..
I really felt bad for such casual and irresponsible behaviour, so i asked him
to pls send my car to my clinic which is around 18 kms away from there.
He commited for 10:30am car delivery the next day at my clinic.
Next day i called him at 10am for car delivery, he committed to deliver car in 45 minutes to an hour.
But i received my car at around 2:30pm that too after my call only..
On receiving car.., immediately, i noticed a dent on left side of car.
I immediately informed Mr. Sujel but he denied the fact and told that he would call after 10-15 minutes after confirmation.
But after 15 minutes neither he reverted back nor he picked up my any call ( plenty calls ).
Thia is very disrespectful, unsatisfying,
Disheartening
behaviour of Ford service employees. Non - trustful behaviour .
My intention for penning this down is not to make anyone punishable but i want full justice so please kindly look into this matter and resolve it.
