I had purchased a Ford Aspire vehicle from Lakshmi Ford at Vijayawada on 10 th May 2019. As a part of the post sale service your dealer has to assist / guide us in the process of obtaining Permanent Registration number. However inspite of repeated calls none of the staff are responding to the phone calls and neither are they responding to any messages.
If it is as per your rules that you don't guide your customer is post sale process, then let me tell you that post sale service of FORD is bad.
I am expecting a response at least in this forum else I shall conclude that services at Ford are very poor when compared to other peers in the market.
