Ford India — Height of inefficiency from Harpreet Ford Service Station, Gurugram
This is to state that we had given our Ecosport Car No. HR26DB1675 at your Harpreet Ford service station near Hero Honda Chowk in Gurugram on the 25th May'22, and it is almost two months and we have not got the car back yet.
As per initial inspection of the car, we were told that the water has entered into the car, and it will take anything from 15 to 20 days for us to get the car back. Now it has been 55 days, and there is no sign of we getting the car back, though since last week everyone at the Harpreet ford right from the VP level, to the GM to floor manager to service representative are telling us that we will get the car, (initial date given by the vice president to us was 17th July, then they said, 18th, then 19th, then 20th, yesterday they said today but the day is almost over and there is no one who has any politeness to let us know when will we get the car back.
We have a very strong feeling that the officials at Harpreet Ford are using our car for personal use since they are keeping us in the dark over everything right from the beginning on the expenses to be incurred on the car, to the timelines.
We would like to submit a formal complaint against Harpreet Ford, and want a full investigation in our case as to why till today we have not received the car even after promises made by everyone from the senior most people to our service representative within the company.
Look forward to a quick reply and action on the same.
