Ford India — new ford ecosport faulty vehicle delivered to me

My new ford ecosport automatic purchased on 31 dec, 2017 has undergone 2044 km had met with a breakdown on this 1st april 2018.
Defect was vehicle is not getting start. When we give the key it wont get start. Just make a sound.
Please note, the vehicle has done its first service on 26th march 2018.

We had taken the vehicle to nearest dealer after repeated request to customer care and roadside assistance as no one was properly attending our request and my family was standing at hot sun facing a temp of 33 degc from morning 10 am to afternoon 3pm
After repeated requests and our vehicle has towed to nearest ford dealer at kollam kerala on 1st april 2018.

While troubleshooting on 1st april the dealer was unable to find the root cause of the breakdown. Finally on 6th april they informed us the control box of my brand new ecosport has been faulty and is not repairable.
Also they had informed this part is out of stock with them. Hence they have to get the part from chennai ford.

Today month april i received the call from kollam ford that vehicle is ready. (After 2 weeks)

I am totally upset on this incident as my whole family lost its trust for this new vehicle. My wife was pregnant my parents were old, they all are sad and fear to get into this vehicle.

We want ford to replace the vehicle to new one as this incident may happen again. Or else company has to give us total of five year warranty on all mechanical and electrical parts.

The control box that got replaced now is high cost item around 1 lakh cost for new part.

Since the car is new they replaced or else we have to pay this amount. The part got defective due to manufacture error.
Hence we cannot take this burden on our head.
After two year if same issue persist do we have to bear this charges.

Wrong and faulty components need to taken care by company. If they deliver cars with that, they have to either replace the car or should give full 5 year warranty to old car.

They are now not willing to give extend warranty. That means they themself is not confident of the part.

New ford ecosport has totally disappointed me. Its only three months old with 2000km engine run.
