Ford India — service is very bad

My vechicle number is kl 20j4105. I compliant to hary ford dealer 4/6/2018 but at this time there is no responce. More than five time i call the service provider, mobile number [protected]. This is very bad impression to customers. Four days my vechicle is there. What is the remedy?
