Ford India — service response at suryabala ford, coimbatore | |||
Mine is a white aspire –tn37 cp 5873 titanium, april 2016 model. Ran 50, 000 kms already. 50, 000 kms service with suryabala ford at singanallur. • service booking done with suryabala (Earlier i was doing the service with rajshree ford which is no more right now) and this is my first experience in this dealer ship at suryabala ford. • vehicle was pickup by driver at 10:00 a. M on 05.12.18.. I was informed by the driver that the service technician will call me back. But, no call from any service engineer for the day. When i contacted in the afternoon, then i understand that the mobile number noted by them was wrong. Service engineer - mr kannan told that he will do the regular service and said the price is around rs. 5000 incl. Interior cleaning. I confirmed the pricing for that service and asked to confirm about the body shop work and its cost.. I also informed him that if the cost is less, i will pay and if its more then we will go for insurance. All my originals were kept inside the car and informed to the service technician again by me. • i gave my observations list kept in the vehicle and informed to receptist. But that was not seen and later i informed and then it was seen by kannan-service engineer. • he said, the body shop engineer vipin will call me back. No body called for the whole day inspite of the original rc, license and insurance given to them. • i called them again in the next day afternoon (Today), he said again that mr. Vipin the body shop person will call me back. Serive engineer kannan, told he will confirm in 10 minutes. Never called again. I called him again after 2 hours and he said, he will ask vipin to call me back. Vipin called me at 3:15 p. M and told one person has to come for signature by next day and the vehicle will be ready by 10th or 11 th dec 2018. • i called near to 10 times in the past 1-1/2 days and this is really a lethargic approach towards a customer. Customer has to follow 10 times in call, to get some feedback which is very worst. I'm travelling 60 kms daily with my car and struggling to get the car after service with in 2 or 3 days.. Very lethargic approach from a ford service technician and the body shop technician towards a customer. Very bad experience..
