Forever 21 — No refund has been given for the returned product

I placed an order (ordr id :[protected] on forever 21 . After receiving the product i returned two out of three products. Its been more than 1.5 month no refund has been issued to me. Every time i call to customer care they give me assurance of initiating the refund at very same day and ask me to wait for next three days. I have recorded all the calls. This is a fraud company with worst customer care service.
