Hi team,
This is to bring to your notice regarding unprofessional behavior and poor customer service regarding the #f2153365 i want you to highlight my issue here one more time. I have placed an order for below product and returned it as it did not fit for me and after a quality check when i called to forever21 customer care (Discussed over the call with mohamath, divya and with supervising mr. Nadeem) they asked me to wait for 14 working days and its been a month almost i have not received my amount in my account when i called them on 11/11/2019 they ask me to wait for 2 more working days and i was waiting as per there request till 13/11/2019... And i am still waiting...
Every time they are keep asking me to wait for 1-2 more working day.
Kindly hempl me in this..
