Forex Services — I am being threatened to pay the amount

I have been told by the mentioned company to pay a amount of 8500/- or else they will charge case in court. And they also messaged me three times in name of court.
There first msg was "Dear Concern, Your hard copy is getting released from legal associate it will come to your residence address in 4 To 5 days .So be present in the court and pay the legal notice amount.Kindly Call On -[protected] For Further Details."
Second was "Dear Concern, Under Section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further.Kindly Call On -[protected] For Further Details."
Third they msg me "Dear Concern Your Case has been registered No. RG98BRA/MAH/1205/8138L is going for further legal proceedings .Kindly Call On -[protected] For Further Details"
Actually I found the same case reg. no. here with same fake msgs by other company in someone's complaint. They are charging me by telling me that I have Breached the Agreement. Please help me..I don't know what to do.
