[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — bad service at night patient for food

Doctor operate cystoscopy surgery at 3, o'clock. After that hospital provide a glass of Lamon juice at 10 o clock.then no food provided by hospital till 12o clock.after demanding patient they ask patient about her diet food to tell them.and also now the food service is not available.after making noise they provide dal khichadi as patient tell them .
Is patient's duty to tell about food.?then why you are applying charges diatician
