This complaint is regarding pathetic services and inappropriate behaviour of staff of Gurgaon IVF.
After seeing the Add i have decided to visit India Ivf Gurgaon center and met Doctor.
After satisfactory discussion i have decided to start the treatment and started medication as per advice.
Staff from Gurgaon center asked me to visit fortis for registration and Tpa formalities. Fortis Vasant kunj is approx 45 km from my home still After taking out time from my work i went to Fortis Vasnt kunj. I met Mr saxena there who asked me to wait and i kept waiting for around two hours but no one has bothered about me despite many reminder at reception.
Finally after two hours i called Gurgaon center head who has asked me to visit Fortis Vasnt kunj and She also has not picked my phone despite many messages.
Since than i am trying to get in touch with Gurgaon center head but she also not bothered to reply my messages or phone calls except one or two messages till now.
Is this the standard of customer service fortis India ivf maintains for patients. Staff is very rude, non corporative and pathetic behaviour they even don't want to understand the pain and sorrow of a patient goes through.
Its worst than the Govt hospitals which treats people free of cost here patient payes such high amount still they treats people like they are offering free services.
Such such poor and pathetic India Ivf services and people which non one expects from such brand ..
