Fortis Healthcare — Drug license using after leaving the organisation

Dear sir,

This is alok tiwari, drug license number (50025), leave the oraganisation named as rwl healthworld formly named as fortis healthworld ltd) before 7 months. I have releasing letter from the organisation. But they are using my drug license till date. I already tell him that plz release my license. But there is no response. Please do something in my favor.
