Fortis Healthcare — extra charges & harassment

I have admitted my wife in your hospital on 24th feb for lungs related treatment but they put her in emergency without my willing and 1 doctor trying to afraid me that her condition is so critical & she has to be put on ventilation while is feel quite normal. But when i strongly opposed & denial for that than he'll said ok, may be she is recovering. They are not doctor, they are docait. They include so much extra charges in my bill, as rmo charges etc. And said it is mandatory to charge them, wether we need them or not, they charge me for that without my permission or willing. When i am asking for my file to see/verify the doctor visit for which i have been charged. They sent me here to there many counters as rolling stones. They harrash me a lot for my own file, for which i paid. They are very rude & unprofessional.
After this i am going to raise my complaint to health ministry, pmo office & consumer court also. For harrashment & unusual/additional charges.
