76 year old patient was kept on waiting by dr. Raj sharma, audiology, room a055, from 3p. M. To 5p. M.. Continuously, different reasons were given by reception and patient experience department. First it was told that doctor has gone for ward visit and will be back in half an hour. Then on reenquiring after half hour, it was told that doctor has gone to lunch and will take another half hour. When we re-enquired after half hour, reception staff misbehaved and said that only 5 minutes have passed and doctor will take another half hour for lunch. Post this, i went to patient experience department, who called the doctor or someone to enquire. During the call, patient experience department executive could clearly be heard saying "i will try to handle the situation with patient and attendant", and the same executive informed after cutting the call that dr. Raj sharma will come in another 10 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes, and then, when i went to re-check in patient experience department, there was no one there.
