[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Negligence of staff | |||
I was supposed to admit my mother to fortis hospital on diagnosis of hernia by consulting one of fortis doctor. After completing all the necessary procedure they told us to wait for some time for admission but when asked after some time they told us that there is no vacant bed. Also at the time of documents procedure they took 3-4 hours. Simply wasted so much time by giggling here n there. No proper service. There was long line of patients at 1 corner and the staff at desk was busy in chitchat. Doctors were asking if there is any patient to diagnosis, what a poor condition it was? Staff is not at all helpful. Bed was disgusting. Not comfortable. My mother was complaining about that. My complaint is about the basic staff posted on desk. It was worst experience here.. I have visited here on 6.09.16.Even though only 8 patient are in line but still Dr G S chabbra seems busy and has no time from last 2-3 hrs.
Office staffs are also not good and they are not co-operating to get the status.

I am waiting from 11 am in your hospital for admission. I have completed all the procedure before 11 am itself. Till now i didn't get a bed for my mother. She can't even seat for this long time.
