[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — negligence of staff

Ve booked appointment to today 9 am for dr atul joshi and i cum from ferozepur which near by 230 km from your hospital. After consuting to doc he recommended me some investigations which i have done near by 10:27 am. But your billing person counter no 9 doesn't look at the diagnosis chat properly and stuck the mri scan.1stly i had wait for 2:30 hrs for my reports and after collecting my reports at 12.45pm from counter no6 then visit to the same docoter for next prosizer but im shocked when i head that 1 test is still pending which is mri now come to mri room and there iswaiting of 2-3 hrs and doesn't know that today i am able to revice the mri report for this i would have to stay here for tommorow which is very pain full.
