[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — not getting refund amount

This is referring to the patient _shravani uday malgaonkar and she was admitted in fortis hospital in kalyan from 23may to 26may for pacemaker battery replacement and operation has done successful.
I have paid all their hospital bill charges in advance as per their estimate cost. Rs.1.1lac and final bill was rs 95308/-so they should give us balance amount. As discussed we have submitted them crossed bearer cheque to easy process but still we didn't get any single money from them.
Please look into this matter and resolve it on top most priority.
